Sarah, a young teenage girl, was sent to her cousin’s house in Hawaii to have an unforgettable summer. For weeks Sarah spent her time absorbing the sun, catching waves, and best of all eating the delectable shaved ice.

One day, while at the shaved ice stand with some local girls, Sarah met the guy of her dreams, Jake. He had bleached blonde hair with sun-kissed skin and bright blue eyes. As Sarah reached for a napkin so she could clean her hands that were sticky from the dripping shaved ice, she softly brushed against Jake’s hand. As fate would tell, they fell in love from the first time that they met.

Jake and Sarah fell madly into their summer fling. During the day they rode bikes, went on picnics on the beach, and played in the waves. Sarah’s summer soon began to be filled with love and laughter as she spent each day with Jake. Sarah was swept off of her feet every time she looked at Jake’s boyish and sweet smile and she felt like she could spend an eternity being with Jake in Hawaii.

One evening, the two sat underneath the twinkling stars as they shone just for them. Her summer was soon becoming the perfect romance that she had always dreamed of. As they sat under the dark sky holding hands, a loud obnoxious sound gradually caught their attention. All of a sudden, Jake began to slip away from Sarah as she began to open her eyes.

Sarah then realized it was all a dream and her alarm clock was waking her up to go live the summer that she imagined. Now it was time for her to find her Jake.
